Here’s a disturbing fact: More than 95% of Americans are not financially secure at age 65. And most Americans retire with less than $25,000 in annual income. We believe it is our mission to rectify these statistics, especially where it concerns Us Military and Government personnel.

It is important to act TODAY
To meet your long range goals you should make contributions to YOURSELF during your good earning years. It is important to pay yourself first before you pay your other bills.

THE INSURANCE FEATURE:

Te flexible Dollar Builder is a well rounded program that gives you a combination of life insurance and cash accumulation. A lesser portion of your money goes toward cash value insurance. A major portion goes into the Accumulation Fund that compounds at a current RATE of 7% guaranteed never to go below 4%, yet has never been that low in the 20 year history.

TAX DEFERRED INTEREST: WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

Imagine an account that accumulates interest, but against which you don’t pay taxes every year. Your money would grow a lot faster, right? Absolutely! Tax deferred interest compounds faster, building value faster.

The Accumulation Fund is primarily invested in sound assets, including US Treasury notes, not volatile stocks or real estate, so your funds work hard and stay secure.

AN EMERGENCY CASH FUND WHEN NEEDED:

The Accumulations Fund (AF) can be used for college, business expansion, emergency use or whenever there is a need for quick cash. This money is readily available to you and there is never an obligation to repay it. And in the event of death, the balance in the AF along with the insurance amount will be paid to your beneficiary.

CREATE AN ESTATE THAT PAYS IMMEDIATELY

The core of the TWA plan is an insurance policy on the life of the policyholder. An estate is ordinarily held up in probate court until the beneficiaries and assets can be determined. This is costly and time-consuming process, and the family doesn’t have access to the estate until the courts are finished. One of the greatest benefits of a life insurance policy is that it pays your beneficiaries immediately. In the TWA policy, the lump sum benefit includes life insurance face value plus all accumulated fund benefits and interest earned.
